To track your order, please check for order updates in the email address you provided at checkout. You can expect to find a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number 1-2 business days after purchase. Use your tracking number to follow the progress of your order, please!
If you haven’t received a shipping confirmation email, you can also use our chatbot on our website to track your order using your order number. Find the widget on the bottom left corner of our store, click on it then select "Order status".
Input your order number and email address in the blank spaces and hit "See your order."
