Standard Shipping

If your order has been in transit for more than 7 days, reach out to our chatbot on our website with your order number, and our team will review the status of your package to either track its whereabouts on your behalf or reship a replacement if considered lost by the carrier. We cannot speed up the delivery of a package once it is out of our hands!

Expedited Shipping

If expedited order arrived late because it was delayed over 2 business days to leave our facility, we will take the fault and refund your expedited shipping fees. If the delay was for any other reason and the order was shipped with expedited postage, we will not refund the shipping fees. 


Due to COVID-19, our carrier is still experiencing delays with standard shipping. Expedited shipping is in normal condition, but there is NO GUARANTEE from Tragos or the carrier that the delivery won’t arrive sooner or later than expected.
