If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. If the shipping address had an error, like a missing number, most likely it will be returned to our facility. In that case, we’ll let you know and reprocess the order with the correct shipping address you provide.
For orders that arrive at the incorrect address, we will first ask that you attempt to retrieve the package yourself if possible. We have the right to deny reshipping and/or refunds if your order is marked as DELIVERED by the carrier at the incorrect shipping address you provided.
