We're sorry to hear that you'd like to return your item(s). However, we're happy to help with your return. 


To be eligible for a full refund please make sure your item is in its original plastic shrink wrapping. You have 14 days MAX post-delivery to apply for a return. If you have exceeded this limit you can opt for store credit.


Contact ayudame@tragosgame.com with your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return and they will send you a return shipping label so you can mail your order back to us. Once we receive it and confirm the state of the item(s), you will be fully reimbursed minus your original shipping fee (if there was one.) We do not accept international returns or open products out of their original packaging.


Funds may take anywhere from 3-5 business days to be reflected back into your account but this can also depend on your bank. If you don’t see your money back in your account after 5 days, please contact your bank for more information.


You cannot change the account (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)  your money will go back into. Whichever account you used to make the purchase is the account we will use to process your refund.
